Hallmark Sundecks offer a 10 year guarantee for private customers and 5 years for commercial for certain products. There is a 10 year guarantee for private decking and a 5 year guarantee for commercial decking.

Windows, doors & conservatories have a 10 year guarantee for the frames and a 5 year guarantee for the glass and locks.
